Make sure the ear lobe is clean and dry before applying the hypoallergenic sticker. Simply put the patch to the back of the ear lobe by centering it over the piercing. Press firmly. Push the earring through your piercing, while having your thumb covering the patch. If earring hole is slit, earring post should be inserted through the uppermost corner of the slit. Remove earrings and disposable patches at the end of the day. Clean ear lobes to avoid adhesive residue.
