Do you do custom jewelry?
As of now, we do not unfortunately. We probably will in the future, so stay tuned!
I have sensitive ears and am allergic to certain metals. What is the jewelry made of?
The earrings are usually made of Alloy. If not, it will be specified on the product description.
However, you should not have any allergic reaction with our earrings since all stems are dipped in a coating solution that makes it hypoallergenic. It provides protection for the metal from salt damage, tarnish, corrosion, and oxidation.

What is this Coating Magic?
It is a solution that makes your jewelry hypoallergenic, oxidation-free and tarnish-free. It provides protection for metal from salt damage, tarnish, corrosion, and oxidation. The coating reduces the appearance of fingerprints and smudges.
Every stem has already been coated twice.There might be a need to re-coat after a certain laps of time.
What is the aftercare of my jewelry?
After each use, wipe your jewelry clean with a soft cloth. Avoid wearing it in the bath or salt water, avoid scratching and contact with cosmetics.
How do I add a promo code on mobile?
When you reach the checkout page, at the top of your screen, you would have to click on "Show order summary"
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Discover and Diners Club.
Enter Billing Information as it appears on your credit card statement. Please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your credit card. For our customer's protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.
Will you keep my card information on file?
No, your privacy is of the highest importance to us. None of the provided information given to us will be given out or sold. A third party banking resource will be used to collect payment so none of that information will be shown to us.

What kind of yarn are you using for your crochet toys?
All of our items are made of 100% cotton yarn. The yarn is certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which means that the yarn has been tested for harmful substances to protect your health.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes we do! Please reach out to us on our social media or by sending us an email and tell us what you would like us to create.
Delivery & Returns
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, being a small business, all our sales are final. However, if you receive your order damaged, we provide 3 days of after-sales service for all orders. You can see all the details here.
What are your shipping regions?
We currently ship Worldwide.
Please be aware that we do not expect import fees, but if it is the case, all applicable duties and taxes will be charged to the receiver.

Note: We just opened an Etsy Shop, so if you currently reside somewhere else than USA/CAN you can place your order there! The process is simpler for us.
Is there an option to pick up my order ?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer a pick-up option for orders. However, if you are within 5mi of our store, it would be our pleasure to drop it off free of charge!
Also, we occasionally do pop up markets, so you can follow our social media pages to stay in the loop of where we will be next!
When will I receive my order?
Please give us 2 business days to process your order, excluding holidays. Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next business day. An email will be sent with your confirmation and tracking number.

How can I track my order?
After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed and provide you with an Order Summary reference number.
You will also receive an order confirmation email with the order number, acknowledging your order has been placed. If you have not received an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order, please first check your email spam folder.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
What do I do if my shipping information is wrong?
We send you an email once the order has been received, you can verify then if all the information entered is correct.
If the order has not been shipped yet, it will be our pleasure to modify the address. If not, we will have to wait till the order is sent back to us to reship it again. Unfortunately, you will be charged the shipping fee a second time.
My package is missing, what should I do?
