Shipping policy

OVERVIEW
We currently ship Worlwide. The shipping fee is paid by the customer. Please be aware that we do not expect import fees, but please verify with your country's duty regulations. If there are fees, all applicable duties and taxes will be charged to the receiver.

Note: For orders outside of USA and CAN, please head to our Etsy shop, the process is easier on that platform.

SHIPPING DESCRIPTION
We send an email once the order has been received and once the order has been shipped. Please make sure to verify that all information entered is correct. If the order has not been shipped yet, it will be a pleasure to modify the address. If not, we will have to wait till the order is sent back to us to reship it again. Unfortunately, in that case, you will be charged a second time the shipping fee.

TIMEFRAME
Orders should be processed between 3 weeks since there are made to order. An email will be sent with your confirmation and tracking number. Please expect a maximum of 2 weeks for your package to arrive after receiving said ship notification.
