What kind of yarn are you using for your crochet toys?
All of our items are made of 100% cotton yarn. The yarn is certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100, which means that the yarn has been tested for harmful substances to protect your health.
Do you do comissions?
Yes we do! Feel free to fill out our custom form and we will try our best to get your concept into reality!
What is the aftercare of my crochet items?
If your item ends up dirty, we recommend dipping a washcloth in a little bit of water and soap and dab at the spot until it's clean.
How do I get in touch with you?

How do I add a promo code on mobile?
When you reach the checkout page at the top of your screen, you would have to click on "Show order summary"
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Discover and Diners Club.
Enter your billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. Please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your card. For our customers protection, transactions cannot be processed if the billing information is not 100% accurate.
Will you keep my card information on file?
No, your privacy is of the highest importance to us. None of the provided information will be given out or sold. A third party banking resource will be used to collect payment so none of that information will be shown to us.

Delivery & Returns
What is your return/exchange policy
Unfortunately, being a small business, all our sales are final. However, if you receive your order damaged, we provide 3 days of after-sales service for all orders. You can see all the details here.
What are your shipping regions?
We currently ship worldwide.
Please be aware that we are not liable for any taxes or import fees. Please verify with your country's duty regulation - all applicable duties and taxes will be charged to the receiver.

Note: We have an Etsy shop, so if you reside somewhere else than USA/CAN you can place your order there!
Is there an option to pick up my order?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer pick-up options for orders. However, if you are within 5mi of our store, it would be our pleasure to drop it off free of charge!
Also, we occasionally do pop up markets, so you can follow our social media pages to stay in the loop of where we end up next!
When will I receive my order?
Please give us 2-3 weeks to process your order, excluding holidays. All of our pieces are made to order. Once we're finished, an email will be sent with your confirmation and tracking number.

How can I track my order?
After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed and provide you with an Order Summary reference number.
You will also receive an order confirmation email with the order number, acknowledging your order has been placed. If you have not received the email shortly after placing your order, please make sure to look at your junk mail.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
What do I do if my shipping information is wrong?
An email will be sent once the order has been placed. You can then verify if all the information entered is correct.
If the order has not been shipped yet, it will be our pleasure to modify the address. If not, we will have to wait till the order is sent back to us to reship it again. Unfortunately, you will be charged the shipping fee a second time.
My package is missing, what should I do?
